For one of our clients in the banking sector, we are looking for specialists who will have the opportunity to take part in the significant growth of their organizational https://jobeax.com/link/N9oOXnDLdnzGI3vH of the available roles is Accounting Team Leader with French.

Zadania:

Maintaining the Team result at the level expected by different counterparts.
Ensuring the staff training and readiness to complete the task.
Ensuring the good atmosphere and the equilibrium of the team.
Being the point of contact for management in case of escalation and questions.
Ensuring the development of the team, the follow-up of the projects and the strategic vision.
Ensuring the Risk and Compliance framework and the procedure framework.
Ensuring the Cost Management and the administrative management of the team.

Wymagania:

3 years minimum of experience in Finance,
Proven experience on a managerial path.
Fluency in French and English (min. B2 level).
Interest in banking operations.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of FIR/eFront will be an asset.
Accuracy and Quality focus approach.
Self-motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
Strong communication skills – oral & written.
