Your responsibilities, 1st level IT support for local users, 2nd level IT support for global users within specialization (Microsoft 365 / Azure AD), Work with internal resources and technical solutions provided by vendors for uninterrupted support, Set standards for repetitive procedures to meet repetitive tasks and solve common errors, Install, configure and maintain workstations, mobile devices and other IT owned equipment, Keep records of hardware, software, licenses and certificates, Build knowledge base and prepare documentation to support global help desk, Support formal changes and quality audits

Comprehensive technical knowledge in IT field: hardware and software, Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Practical knowledge of Linux / Windows environments, Practical knowledge of WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi topics, Practical knowledge of virtualization platforms, in particular Hyper-V, Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, 3 years of experience on similar position

Optional, Administration experience of SQL databases, Experience in implementation or theoretical knowledge of services such as: Enterprise Mobility & Security, Intune, System Center Configuration Manager, Advanced Threat Analytics, Defender Advanced Threat Protection
