Dzielenie się wiedzą inżynierską z zespołami Klienta w toku realizacji rzeczywistych zadań: pair i mob programming, wspólne code review oraz wspólne projektowanie rozwiązań.
Rozpoznawanie potrzeb technicznych i biznesowych poprzez warsztaty techniczne jako metodę discovery oraz przekładanie ich na konkretną architekturę rozwiązania.
Produkcyjne wdrażanie rozwiązań AI, obejmujące konfigurację, integrację z systemami organizacji, hardening, monitorowanie i iteracyjny rozwój.
Ocenianie wartości biznesowej wdrożeń AI, optymalizowanie kosztów użycia modeli oraz mierzenie efektów wdrożonych rozwiązań.
Nasze wymagania
Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w roli technicznej: Software Developer, DevOps Engineer, QA/Test Automation Engineer lub podobnej, obejmującego pełny cykl życia aplikacji.
Praktyczne doświadczenie w projektowaniu i wdrażaniu rozwiązań AI w SDLC z wykorzystaniem narzędzi takich jak GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex lub M365 Copilot.
Udokumentowana umiejętność budowy agentów AI, workflowów, skilli i promptów oraz ich integracji ze środowiskiem wytwórczym (repozytoria, CI/CD, code review, testy).
Doświadczenie w produkcyjnym wdrażaniu rozwiązań AI: konfiguracja, integracja z systemami organizacji, hardening oraz iteracyjny rozwój i monitorowanie.
Biegła znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego (B2).
Mile widziane
Znajomość Spec-Driven Development i nowoczesnych praktyk inżynierii oprogramowania wspieranych przez AI.
Praktyczna znajomość frameworków agentowych, np. LangGraph, oraz protokołu MCP.
