Profil stanowiska
Minimum 2 lata komercyjnego doświadczenia w tworzeniu oprogramowania z wykorzystaniem języka Python
Praktyczne doświadczenie w budowie rozwiązań opartych na LLM, RAG oraz Agentic AI, a także w wykorzystaniu narzędzi AI wspierających rozwój oprogramowania (AI-assisted development)
Znajomość frameworków i technologii takich jak FastAPI, Pydantic, LiteLLM, Google ADK lub LangGraph, a także baz wektorowych (np. Qdrant)
Doświadczenie w integracji agentów AI z narzędziami i systemami zewnętrznymi (Tool Calling / Function Calling) oraz implementacji mechanizmów Guardrails
Dobra znajomość zasad inżynierii oprogramowania, wzorców projektowych oraz testowania aplikacji
Język angielski na poziomie minimum B2
Mile widziane
doświadczenie z Model Context Protocol (MCP) oraz systemami wieloagentowymi (Multi-Agent Systems)
znajomość pytest, Docker oraz architektur kontenerowych
wiedza na temat metodyk Agile oraz AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), a także Google GenAI SDK
doświadczenie w projektach wykorzystujących systemy lojalnościowe
zainteresowanie najnowszymi trendami w obszarze Generative AI

Projektowanie, rozwój i optymalizacja agentów AI wykorzystujących modele LLM oraz mechanizmy RAG
Budowa architektur Multi-Agent oraz integracja agentów z narzędziami, API i systemami biznesowymi
Implementacja mechanizmów Guardrails, walidacji oraz monitorowania jakości działania agentów
Rozwój i utrzymanie rozwiązań opartych na Pythonie z wykorzystaniem nowoczesnych frameworków AI
Testowanie, optymalizacja i doskonalenie zachowania agentów AI pod kątem jakości, wydajności i bezpieczeństwa
Ścisła współpraca z AI Solution Architect oraz zespołem R&D przy projektowaniu i wdrażaniu nowych funkcjonalności AI
