Poszukujemy doświadczonego AI Engineera ze znajomością Python i obszaru sztucznej inteligencji, który będzie odpowiedzialny za rozwój, wdrażanie i utrzymanie modeli ML/AI. Osoba na tym stanowisku odegra kluczową rolę w łączeniu pracy zespołów Data Science i DevOps, automatyzując procesy ML i dbając o skalowalność naszych rozwiązań AI. Forma współpracy: B2B Tryb pracy: zdalnie (raz w miesiącu wizyta w biurze przy Chmielnej w Warszawie) Twoje zadania: • Projektowanie i rozwój pipeline’ów MLOps (trening, wdrażanie, monitorowanie modeli ML/AI), • Automatyzacja procesów CI/CD dla modeli uczenia maszynowego, • Skalowanie i optymalizacja trenowania modeli w chmurze (mile widziane doświadczenie z GCP), • Monitorowanie pracy modeli (drift, adaptacja, retraining), • Współpraca z Data Scientistami i Software Engineerami przy wdrażaniu rozwiązań AI. Wymagania • Wymagane wykształcenie techniczne (preferowane kierunki IT, matematyka), • Bardzo dobra znajomość Pythona i ekosystemu data science (NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow/PyTorch), • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w realizacji projektów związanych z użyciem uczenia maszynowego w rozproszonych środowiskach obliczeniowych, • Szeroka znajomość i rozumienie algorytmów uczenia maszynowego (w tym głębokiego) i zagadnień związanych z wykorzystaniem sztucznej inteligencji oraz jej wykorzystania w ramach systemów decyzyjnych, • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi CI/CD (GitLab CI, Jenkins), • Znajomość platform chmurowych (preferowany obszar GCP), • Doświadczenie z konteneryzacją i orkiestracją (Docker, Kubernetes), • Umiejętność współpracy w modelu Agile/Scrum.Mile widziane: • Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow), • Doświadczenie w stosowaniu bibliotek oraz narzędzi wykorzystywanych w projektach uczenia maszynowego (xgboost, h2o, scikit-learn, kedro), • Doświadczenie w budowie systemów opartych na rozwiązywaniu złożonych zadań optymalizacyjnych w tym nieliniowych i całkowito-liczbowych, • Doświadczenie w tworzeniu web-owych interfejsów i serwisów (HTML, FastAPI, Streamlit).
