AI Fullstack Engineer Szukasz projektu, w którym będziesz mieć realny wpływ na rozwój rozwiązań opartych o sztuczną inteligencję? Będziesz uczestniczyć w budowie kompleksowych rozwiązań - od integracji danych i modeli AI, przez backend i frontend, aż po wdrożenie produkcyjne zgodne z najlepszymi praktykami bezpieczeństwa i skalowalności. Twoje zadania Projektowanie, rozwój i utrzymanie aplikacji Full Stack wykorzystujących AI i Machine Learning. Tworzenie usług opartych o modele LLM, w tym Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling oraz mechanizmy Guardrails. Budowa API oraz mikroserwisów integrujących modele AI z systemami biznesowymi i źródłami danych. Tworzenie pipeline'ów danych odpowiedzialnych za pobieranie, transformację, indeksowanie i wyszukiwanie informacji. Rozwój nowoczesnych interfejsów użytkownika, takich jak chatboty, AI Copilot, workflow assistants czy dashboardy. Wdrażanie praktyk MLOps/LLMOps (CI/CD, wersjonowanie modeli, monitoring, kontrola jakości). Projektowanie i wykonywanie testów jednostkowych, integracyjnych, wydajnościowych oraz ewaluacji modeli AI. Optymalizacja aplikacji pod względem wydajności, kosztów oraz niezawodności. Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa aplikacji zgodnie z zasadami Secure by Design oraz Privacy by Design. Współpraca z zespołami Product, UX, Data i Business przy realizacji produktów AI. Wymagania Doświadczenie jako Full Stack Developer lub AI Engineer. Bardzo dobra znajomość Python oraz/lub Java lub Node.js. Doświadczenie z REST API, GraphQL oraz architekturą mikroserwisową. Znajomość React oraz TypeScript (lub innego nowoczesnego frameworka frontendowego). Praktyczne doświadczenie z modelami LLM, embeddings oraz architekturą RAG. Dobra znajomość SQL oraz doświadczenie z Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, bazami wektorowymi lub Graph Database. Doświadczenie z Dockerem, Kubernetes oraz jedną z chmur publicznych (Azure, AWS lub GCP). Znajomość CI/CD, Terraform oraz narzędzi monitorujących. Wiedza z zakresu bezpiecznego programowania, OWASP oraz mechanizmów uwierzytelniania i autoryzacji. Mile widziane Doświadczenie z Agentic AI oraz frameworkami orkiestracji agentów. Znajomość zagadnień Responsible AI, Explainable AI i Model Governance. Doświadczenie w budowie platform developerskich lub komponentów AI wielokrotnego użytku. Doświadczenie w sektorze finansowym lub innym środowisku regulowanym.
