Direct B2B contract with a US-based company. Hybrid work model after the onboarding and training period- typically 6-12 months, Comfort working afternoon/evening and night shifts. Once you are fully trained and able to work independently, you will move to a rotational shift schedule covering US and Asia-Pacific clients. Second/ US shift: 16:00-00:30 - supporting US business hours. Third/ AP shift: 00:00-08:30 - supporting Asia-Pacific hours. You should therefore be comfortable working both afternoon/evening and night shifts as part of a planned rotation. Each 8.5-hour shift includes a 30-minute paid lunch break, meaning 8 hours of actual working time. Please note: the shift schedule and rotation model are currently planned and may be adjusted before final implementation. Additional shift premiums. Transportation support for evening/night shifts, Opportunity to travel to USA for training
