Your responsibilities, As an Application Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for business users of ERP systems and other business applications. You will investigate day-to-day issues, help users find solutions and escalate more complex cases to 2nd and 3rd Line Support teams., Your responsibilities will include:, Handling user requests and incidents related to ERP systems and other business applications., Investigating and resolving common application issues., Logging, updating and monitoring tickets., Escalating complex issues to 2nd and 3rd Line Support teams., Supporting users in their daily work with business systems., Checking that applications and related business processes work as expected., Working with business users and IT teams in an international environment.

At least 2 years of experience in Application Support, IT Support, Service Desk or Customer Service., Basic knowledge of an ERP system, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP., An analytical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to find solutions independently., Strong communication and organisational skills., English skills sufficient to communicate confidently with business users., An interest in developing your expertise in business applications, ERP systems and business processes.
