Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hedge fund administration.
Strong knowledge of fund accounting systems, financial products, and processes.
IT proficiency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Adaptability and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Commitment to professional development—pursuing or holding an accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, ACA) is an advantage but not required.
