Responsibilities
Co-lead strategic and operational planning with Global Program Lead and Global Project Manager for development programs
Coordinate milestone setting, budget forecasting, resource planning, and integrated program planning across functions
Manage program timelines, budgets, quality, and risk assessment with mitigation strategies
Facilitate team goal setting and progress tracking while preparing teams for governance decision points
Foster high-performing cross-functional teams and develop project management talent pipeline
Requirements
Advanced degree in life sciences, chemical sciences, or related discipline; Ph.D. desirable
10+ years biotech/pharmaceutical industry experience with project or portfolio management background
Proven track record managing complex programs in early or late phase drug development
Expert knowledge of end-to-end drug development processes and product value assessment
Leadership ability with cross-functional matrix teams and influence without direct authority
Proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project
Strong communication skills with ability to tailor complex information for senior audiences
