Associate Manager Clinical Operations w Polska

Associate Manager overseeing daily clinical operations team management and staff development within Thermo Fisher Scientific's PPD clinical research services. Responsible for team leadership, training delivery, performance management, and ensuring adherence to operational standards across clinical trial activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day team supervision and conduct onboarding programs for new employees
• Deliver training on SOPs, WPDs, and local requirements; identify and address training gaps
• Evaluate employee performance through file reviews and monitoring assessments (remote or on-site)
• Oversee staff administration including hiring, performance reviews, goal setting, and corrective actions
• Escalate quality issues and process improvement opportunities to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
• 0–5 years of related clinical operations experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or line management responsibility
• Knowledge of clinical trial operations and risk-based monitoring approaches
• Proficiency with clinical management systems (CTMS, Preclarus, Clarity)
• Strong training delivery and staff development capabilities
