Your responsibilities
- BI Modernization & Dashboard Optimization: Support the migration, refactoring, and performance tuning of existing business dashboards and reporting tools in BI Tools.
- Data Automation & Pipeline Support: Assist in streamlining daily analytical workflows, automating repetitive data extracts, and transitioning local datasets to cloud-based environments.
- Code Refactoring & Maintenance: Review, clean up, and optimize existing analytical scripts, queries, and spreadsheet logic to improve data processing speed and reliability.
- Ad-hoc Operational Analytics: Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare recurring and on-demand operational reports, performance trackings, and KPI scorecards.
- AI-Assisted Workflows: Actively utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate code debugging, data cleansing, and documentation of new and updated data models.
- Process Documentation: Maintain clear, structured documentation for data pipelines, business logic definitions, and operational workflows.
Our requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or another quantitative/STEM-related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with a solid foundation in quantitative coursework or data-driven academic projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, and clean spreadsheet design).
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Ability to map out workflows, document processes clearly, and propose simple optimizations.
- High attention to detail, accuracy with numbers, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Practical familiarity with AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, research, and drafting presentations.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to support ad-hoc operational projects in a dynamic environment.
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with Power BI / Qlik Sense is a strong plus.
