Our requirements
Student status (preferred fields: humanities, social sciences, psychology, management or related)
Very good knowledge of Polish and English
Good organizational and research skills
Willingness to learn how to work with modern recruitment tools, such as CRM and LinkedIn
Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel)
Availability to work from the office in Lublin at least 20 hours per week (flexible schedule)

Job Description
We are looking for an open-minded and motivated individual to start their career in recruitment. In this role, you will support recruitment processes through application management and candidate data administration while gaining hands-on experience in an international recruitment environment. You will also learn how to source and headhunt IT professionals. We provide comprehensive onboarding, ongoing support, and flexible working hours that can accommodate your studies.
