Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting, technological projects on the market. For our client, an international organization, we are currently looking for a B2B contractor to provide services within the project as a Digital Analytics & Optimization Specialist.
The project is focused on digital analytics, experimentation and optimization of online customer journeys. The specialist will support the interpretation of A/B testing and personalization results, identify optimization opportunities and translate web data into actionable business recommendations.
About the project
The project involves supporting data-driven optimization of digital services through A/B testing, personalization and web analytics.
The specialist will focus on the research and performance side of digital optimization, understanding the logic and sequence of user interactions on websites, evaluating experimentation results and translating data into recommendations for the business.
The services will be delivered in collaboration with Web Managers responsible for individual websites as well as analytics and technical specialists.
Your responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate experiments, including interpreting the results of A/B tests and personalization activities.
Support journey optimization by identifying bottlenecks in digital services and opportunities to improve conversion and user engagement.
Translate web analytics data into business insights, including clear conclusions on what works, what does not and which changes may be worth implementing.
Develop data-driven recommendations based on experimentation and website performance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, including Web Managers responsible for individual websites and analytics and technical specialists.
Our requirements
1 - 3 year of relevant experience.
Practical understanding of A/B testing and personalization logic.
Strong analytical thinking and the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from web data.
Basic knowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
Ability to understand the logic of digital processes and sequences of events across websites and connect experimentation results with business outcomes.
English at B2/C1 level.
Optional
Understanding of personalization and experimentation tools such as Adobe Target.
Basic familiarity with Adobe Analytics or Tableau.
Experience in marketing agencies, especially in performance, PPC, SEM or campaign-related areas.
