Developing backend functionalities and business logic using Python.
Building serverless solutions with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
Developing ETL and data processing workflows using Pandas, Polars, and DuckDB.
Working with S3, Athena, PostgreSQL, Flask, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, and Pydantic.
Contributing to the development of an early AI insights layer.
Working within an AI-SDLC / Spec-Driven Development process, using AI tools to accelerate development while critically reviewing generated code for quality and correctness.
Our requirements
3 to 5 years of commercial experience in Backend Development.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Practical experience with AWS Lambda, Step Functions, and Serverless Framework.
Experience with Pandas, Polars, DuckDB, or similar data-processing technologies.
Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic, as well as familiarity with S3/Athena.
Practical experience with Flask.
Experience with Pydantic.
Hands-on fluency with AI development tools and the ability to quickly and critically evaluate AI-generated code.
Fluent spoken and written English (minimum B2 level).
