As a Business Analyst with German for Helvetia Baloise Group, you will work on projects within Helvetia Baloise Group. Support of the Product Owner in technical questions about the expansion of our core system. Further development of different modules of the core insurance system (Guidewire). Conceptual elaboration and implementation of technical specifications. Creation of test concepts and test execution. Process modelling and optimization of business and technical processes as well as analysis of the use of new technical possibilities. Management of workshops and working meetings with IT and departments and within the project. YOUR IDEAL BACKGROUND AND SKILLSET Very good German language skills, both written and spoken. Ideally a very good knowledge in the analysis of insurance-specific or banking processes (professional and technical). Experience in the creation of technical and test concepts, as well as in the preparation of topics in the form of presentations and decision templates. Experience in the project environment and software development in an agile framework. Strong sense of ownership.
