- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- At least 5 years in consulting or professional services within SAP environments.
- Experience leading and developing consulting or delivery teams of at least 8-10 people.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Customer Experience solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, FSM, Commerce Cloud, Emarsys).
- Hands-on experience in project delivery as a Consultant, Solution Architect, or Delivery Lead.
- Solid understanding of solution architecture, project delivery, and delivery management.
- Knowledge of delivery methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and SAP Activate.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills in international environments.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution design, estimations, and business growth initiatives.
- Good communication skills in English and Polish.
- Openness to visit Katowice office weekly.
