Catalog Operations Manager w Polska

At Tagvenue, we're building a SaaS-enabled marketplace that is redefining how people discover and book venues around the world. We're a team of highly capable and deeply curious people who care about solving meaningful problems and influencing how the venue-hire market operates globally.

Every month, thousands of events are planned through Tagvenue - from corporate offsites and private dinners to workshops, film productions and weddings. We connect people with unique spaces, matching what users need with the best venues on our marketplace.

As an online marketplace, one of Tagvenue’s most important assets is our venue catalog: the selection of spaces we offer and the quality of information we hold about them.

We’re looking for a Catalog Operations Manager to own the ongoing health and quality of this catalog, ensuring that venue information remains accurate, complete, fresh and continuously improving as we scale.

This is a hands-on operational role with a strong analytical and systems mindset. You’ll bring structure to an important and fast-evolving area, set priorities, coordinate improvement work and increasingly use AI and automation to make the way we maintain venue data more scalable.

You’ll lead a small team and work closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, SEO and client-facing teams.

This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the Product Operations Manager.

• Hands-on experience using AI or automation to improve a process, workflow or operational problem, with examples of something you have built, implemented or shipped.
• Comfort working across teams and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
