Your responsibilities
Independently resolve and oversee the Clients’ inquiries related to account management;
Day to day management of operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and completeness of all client related tasks;
Act as the primary point of escalation for Clients, Account Managers, Client Service Group, for any issues and proactively manage the resolution process with frequent updates and satisfaction measures;
Review and discuss issues requiring escalation to Team Leader/Manager;
Prepare clients’ and internal KPIs;
Proper identification of potential problems with account management and payment settlements
Carrying out any updates on the account set up
Dealing with account life cycle inquiries
Ensure clear communication among team with respect to all timetables and workflow;
Assist in special projects to improve the efficiency, quality and accuracy of work performed by the
Our requirements
BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience;
At least 4 years of professional experience in finance, custody or similar fields,
English language proficiency B2+/ C1
Prior experience in coordinating work, writing procedures, training others;
Strong analytical skills;
Strong client focus;
Self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing a variety of projects simultaneously;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and with strict deadlines;
Risk awareness, including data protection.
Comprehensive knowledge of Excel
