Job Description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a Contact Center Developer with strong experience in Amazon Connect and the AWS cloud ecosystem .

The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable contact center solutions integrated with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice, Agentforce, and third-party platforms , working with global teams to deliver modern customer engagement experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions using Lambda, Lex, CloudFormation, and API Gateway .
• Integrate contact center platforms with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Agentforce .
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in performance, routing, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business goals.
• Follow best practices for cloud architecture, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AWS development and integrations.
• 3+ years working with Amazon Connect or similar contact center technologies.

• Proficiency in AWS Lambda, Lex, CloudFormation , and API integrations.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice or equivalent CRM.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• English: Advanced (B2+ minimum).
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator certification; Agile methodology experience.
