Your responsibilities
Administer and maintain Kubernetes and Docker environments supporting contact center applications
Manage and uphold Red Hat Linux and Windows Server systems to ensure optimal performance
Develop and refine automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash to streamline operations
Configure and support CI/CD pipelines using TeamCity and Azure DevOps for continuous delivery
Monitor system performance, infrastructure health, and availability, proactively addressing issues
Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis to resolve infrastructure-related problems
Support deployment, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of applications and services
Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to enhance service reliability and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize infrastructure management processes
Participate in incident management and coordinate troubleshooting during critical situations
Our requirements
At least 2 years of experience in IT administration or similar technical roles
Practical knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker containerization technologies
Experience managing Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as TeamCity and Azure DevOps
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash
A university degree in Computer Science, Operating Systems, or related field
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
A proactive, ownership-driven approach with organizational skills
Optional
Experience with Microsoft Azure services, especially AKS, Azure OpenAI, or Azure SQL
Basic understanding of databases such as MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Zabbix, Prometheus, or Grafana
Flexibility and enthusiasm for continuous technical development
