Customer Care Specialist with Finnish w Warszawa, Polska - Jobeax

Location: Gdańsk or Warsaw, Poland

Work model: On-site from our Warsaw or Gdańsk office for the first 3 months of training, followed by the possibility to work remotely.

Pay rate: PLN 58 gross/hour (The position is based on an equivalent working time system.)

Your responsibilities

Provide premium customer care.

Support customers with product-related questions, orders, account inquiries, and general assistance.

Guide customers through solutions in a clear, friendly, and engaging way.

Build trust and rapport by adapting your communication style to each customer’s needs.

Represent the brand with authenticity, enthusiasm, and professionalism in every interaction.

Educate customers about product features, benefits, and available solutions.

Troubleshoot basic product, application, and connectivity-related issues.

Identify customer needs and provide personalized support.

Take ownership of customer cases and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.

Share customer feedback and recurring topics to support continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

Proficiency in Finnish (C1).

Very good English skills ( C1 level or higher ).

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service (chat and/or phone support).

Strong customer service mindset with a passion for creating premium customer experiences.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.

Strong ability to represent and advocate for a global brand during customer interactions.

Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.

Confident and positive communication style with strong influencing skills.

Ability to explain product value and benefits in a clear and engaging way.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in dynamic situations.

Attention to detail and ownership of customer cases.

Ability to work with CRM systems and knowledge bases.

Curiosity and willingness to learn about new products, technologies, and customer needs.
