For our Client, from the healthcare sector, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Customer Experience Specialist with French and German. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the order management process, providing high-quality customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction for B2B clients.

Requirements

fluent in English and French (at least B2 level) and German (at least B2 level) and Polish (will be huge asset),
first experience in a similar role, such as Order Management, Customer Care, Procurement, or Sales Support,
knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be a strong asset,
higher education degree,
high level of business culture and strong communication skills,
analytical mindset combined with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

process and track customer orders from all channels,
update order status in SAP, Salesforce, and other systems,
answer customer questions and handle complaints,
prioritize urgent shipments and resolve issues quickly,
work with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow,
manage loaner equipment: preparation, returns, invoicing,
support inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
