For our client, an international specialty chemicals company, we are looking for a candidate for the:
Customer Service Representative with English
The responsibilities of the position include:
-manage sales orders end-to-end in SAP (order entry, confirmations, changes, delivery coordination, billing)
-act as the main point of contact for customers regarding orders, deliveries and documentation
-coordinate shipments with Planning, Warehousing, Logistics and external forwarders to ensure on-time, compliant delivery
-prepare and validate shipping, commercial and export documentation
-proactively handle order exceptions and claims (delays, shortages, damages) and escalate when needed
-support credit and debit note processing and maintain accurate order data in SAP
-drive process improvements and ensure compliance and internal controls.
Requirements:
-very good command of English
-knowledge of French, Italian, or German will be an additional advantage, but it is not a mandatory requirement
-previous experience in Customer Service or related areas
-experience with ERP Systems preferably SAP
-excellent communication skills
-strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills
-experience working in an international with complex business scenarios.
