Your responsibilities
Providing comprehensive customer service and working closely with the Sales team
Managing customer consignment stock, including setup, reconciliation, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms
Preparing and reconciling inventory counts and investigating stock discrepancies
Monitoring inventory levels and product expiration dates
Coordinating order processing and deliveries
Handling product complaints and resolving operational issues
Working with SAP and CRM systems, including maintaining data and preparing reports
Collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes
Ensuring proper document flow and archiving
Our requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role
University degree
Strong collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
Initiative in identifying and implementing process improvements
Hands-on experience with SAP
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience in customer service and coordinating operational processes
Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, or consignment processes would be an advantage
Good command of English, enabling effective communication in an international environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Accuracy, accountability, and a proactive approach to tasks
Ability to work under time pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
