Your responsibilities
What we do:
Supporting our online customers via phone and e-mail.
Issuing flight tickets.
Rebooking and reissuing flight tickets.
Handling and managing the queue system with timetable changes and other messages from airlines.
Advise of changes in flight plan or to cancel passenger reservations.
Handling customers requests with bags, changes and special assistance.
Our requirements
Able to accomplish duties within airline rules and standards.
Good communication skills – both written and spoken - in English.
Able to work in a team.
Detail orientated.
Enthusiasm for providing superior customer service.
What we offer
Able to work shifts between hours 8.30-24.00, including weekends.
Work from the office is mandatory in the beginning. After some time remote work can be considered.
Working with a young and experienced team.
Staring date as soon as possible.
Fulltime.
Individual salary + quarterly bonus.

We have a professional and fun customer service team and are now looking to expand further. We are seeking personnel to work with us in our office in Poznan, Poland.
Through some recent hires we are looking to expand in our current markets as well as new markets. Flyflex is not a typical call enter, phone calls is a very small part of the daily job. We are mostly assisting our customers via mail and working in the background in systems such as SABRE and Farelogix.
