Responsibilities As a Data Analyst focusing on CRM, Loyalty, and Automation, you are the strategic link between complex data structures and our operational business units. You will not only analyze customer behavior within our loyalty program but also empower the department to make data-driven decisions faster and more efficiently. To achieve this, your focus will be on automating data processes and implementing modern AI tools directly within our Databricks platform and Looker. Your key responsibilities include: CRM & Loyalty Insights: As a Data Analyst – CRM, you are the analytical point of contact for our CRM Managers, supporting them in the planning, selection, and evaluation of CRM campaigns, marketing automation, and the customer lifecycle. KPI Ownership: To achieve this, you develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), standard reports, and ad-hoc analyses based on our Customer Data Platform. You work in close coordination with our Data Engineering team to design the required analysis datasets. Process Automation: You transform manual queries and data preparation tasks into automated pipelines (notebooks/workflows), thereby enabling business departments to conduct self-service analyses. AI Integration & Enablement: You evaluate, test, and implement innovative self-service and AI tools, serving as a mentor to guide the business departments in their daily use. Experimentation & Optimization: You support campaigns from hypothesis formulation to statistical evaluation (A/B testing) and derive actionable recommendations to increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). Qualifications Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration (analytics focus), or a comparable field. Several years of experience in data analytics, preferably within CRM, loyalty, or marketing environments. Strong knowledge of SQL and Python (or R) combined with experience working with analytical datasets. Experience with BI and data platforms such as Databricks and Looker. Understanding of marketing analytics concepts such as customer lifecycle, segmentation, churn prediction, or next-best-action. Experience building scalable, production-ready data solutions and working with data engineering teams. Strong communication skills in English and Polish Openness to work in hybrid model and visit the Katowice office. Nice to have: Experience with AI-driven analytics or marketing automation tools. Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and campaign management systems. Experience in large-scale e-commerce or omnichannel environments.
