Poszukujemy osoby do świadczenia usług w zakresie Data Engineera - bank PKO BP. Forma współpracy: B2B Opis stanowiska • projektowanie, budowa oraz optymalizacja struktur danych niezbędnych dla obsługi systemów klasy Real-Time Decisioning, silników rekomendacyjnych, systemów Next Best Action / Next Best Activity zorientowanych na działanie w obszarze CRM • tworzenie zoptymalizowanych struktur pod profil klienta 360 stopni • tworzenie zoptymalizowanych struktur na potrzeby raportowe • projektowanie, budowa (przy współpracy z jednostkami Banku) interfejsów i połączeń z systemami poza ekosystem CRM • implementacja mechanizmów kontroli jakości oraz walidacji danych Wymagania • Minimum 4-6 lat doświadczenia na stanowisku Data Engineer, preferencyjnie w sektorze o dużej skali danych • doświadczenie w projektowaniu i modelowaniu struktur danych (hurtownie danych, DataLake-ów) na potrzeby analityki zaawansowanej oraz systemów działających w czasie rzeczywistym (Real-Time) lub bliskim rzeczywistemu (Near Real-Time). • doświadczenie w pracy w środowiskach przetwarzających bardzo duże wolumeny danych • umiejętność budowania optymalnych struktur pod profile 360 stopni klienta (tzw. Customer Golden Record), agregatów behawioralnych oraz cech modelowych (Feature Stores) • praktyczne doświadczenie w integracji systemów analitycznych z systemami operacyjnymi (np. łączenie silników decyzyjnych/rekomendacyjnych z platformami typu Campaign Management) • doświadczenie w budowaniu i utrzymywaniu stabilnych przepływów danych (pipelines ETL/ELT) zasilających kampanie CRM (zarówno wsadowe/batchowe, jak i triggerowane zdarzeniami) • zrozumienie specyfiki danych CRM (zgody marketingowe, historia kontaktów, optout) • biegła znajomość SQL oraz doświadczenie w optymalizacji zapytań • doświadczenie w pracy z platformami chmurowymi z naciskiem na platformę Google Cloud • doświadczenie w pracy z technologiami Big Data do przetwarzania ogromnych wolumenów danych • praktyczna znajomość nowoczesnych formatów przechowywania danych zoptymalizowanych pod kątem analitycznym • doświadczenie z narzędziami do orkiestracji procesów • mile widziane doświadczenie w migracjach i znajomość architektury rozwiązań CRM takich jak Pega, Salesforce, SAS, Adobe • doświadczenie w pracy w metodykach zwinnych (Agile/Scrum)
