Are you looking for a role where you can step away from being just an "Excel analyst" and become a true business partner?
For our client - a global manufacturing corporation with thousands of products in its portfolio (ranging from advanced electronics and industrial solutions to consumer goods) - we are looking for experienced professionals to join their regional planning hub in Wrocław. This position offers a unique blend of hard analytics (Demand Sensing, statistical modeling) and a strong business-facing component, collaborating directly with Sales, Marketing, and EMEA Directors.
Employment contract starting with an initial 3-month contract with a clear long-term perspective, offering a competitive salary.
Fast-track, 2/3-stage recruitment process focused on practical business discussions and methodology rather than lengthy case studies.
High visibility within regional EMEA structures, supported by a structured onboarding program and dedicated development co-funding (including APICS / CPIM certifications and postgraduate studies).
Comprehensive corporate benefits package, including private medical care, group life insurance, corporate pension scheme (PPE), and a sports card.
Collaborative work environment in a modern Wrocław office, currently operating in a transitional hybrid setup (min. 8 days per month in the office) moving transparently towards a target model of 4 days per week on-site. Occasional domestic or international travel up to 10%.
