Dla jednego z naszych międzynarodowych klientów poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: DevOps Engineer / Infrastructure & Cluster Management Specialist with German Model pracy: 100 % zdalnie Forma współpracy: B2B Czas trwania projektu: długofalowa współpraca Zakres obowiązków: • Wdrażanie, konfiguracja, utrzymanie i rozwój klastrów Kubernetes. • Zarządzanie pełnym cyklem życia klastrów – provisioning, upgrades, scaling, backup/restore oraz zapewnienie wysokiej dostępności. • Praca z technologiami kontenerowymi, takimi jak Docker / Podman. • Projektowanie i utrzymywanie procesów operacyjnych opartych na GitOps. • Praca z narzędziami takimi jak ArgoCD lub Flux. • Automatyzacja infrastruktury z wykorzystaniem podejścia Infrastructure as Code, np. Terraform. • Tworzenie, rozwój i utrzymanie procesów CI/CD. • Wdrażanie i utrzymanie rozwiązań z zakresu monitoringu, logowania i observability. • Automatyzacja procesów operacyjnych i zadań administracyjnych. • Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo środowisk Kubernetes, w tym IAM/RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets Management, Image Scanning, TLS oraz Security Hardening. • Współpraca z zespołami developerskimi i platformowymi w środowisku Agile / DevOps. • Wspieranie zespołów developerskich w korzystaniu z usług platformowych. • Standaryzacja rozwiązań infrastrukturalnych i platformowych w środowisku wielozespołowym. Wymagania: • Minimum 3 lata praktycznego doświadczenia z wdrażaniem, konfiguracją, utrzymaniem lub rozwojem klastrów Kubernetes. • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia z technologiami kontenerowymi, np. Docker lub Podman. • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w Cluster Lifecycle Management, w szczególności provisioning, upgrades, scaling, backup/restore i high availability. • Praktyczne doświadczenie z GitOps oraz narzędziami ArgoCD lub Flux. • Praktyczne doświadczenie w co najmniej jednym projekcie wykorzystującym Infrastructure as Code, np. Terraform. • Praktyczna znajomość narzędzi CI/CD, np. GitLab CI/CD lub podobnych. • Doświadczenie w pracy z rozwiązaniami Monitoring / Logging / Observability. • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w automatyzacji działań operacyjnych. • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w co najmniej trzech z obszarów: IAM/RBAC, Network Policies, Secrets Management, Image Scanning, TLS/Encryption, Security Hardening. • Minimum 2 lata doświadczenia we współpracy z zespołami developerskimi lub platformowymi w środowisku Agile / DevOps. • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka niemieckiego i angielskiego – minimum C1. Mile widziane: • Doświadczenie w utrzymaniu i rozwoju platform services dla zespołów developerskich. • Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w obszarze Kubernetes Security, Policy-as-Code lub Security Scanning. • Doświadczenie w standaryzacji infrastruktury i usług platformowych w środowisku multi-team. • Doświadczenie w dużych, międzynarodowych projektach infrastrukturalnych.
