Requirements:
- At least 3-4 years of experience on similar position
- Very good knowledge of Linux system administration, including shell scripting.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals, particularly DNS, SSL/TLS, VPC and load balancing.
- Practical experience with AWS, including EKS, S3, Route 53 and CloudWatch.
- Experience deploying, operating and scaling Kubernetes workloads.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with blue/green or canary deployment strategies.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
- Experience operating applications across multiple AWS regions.
- Knowledge of cloud cost-optimization strategies.
- Problem-solving skills, proactivity and good communication.
- Willingness to work in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Very good English skills
Additional advantages:
- AWS certifications, such as Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Experience with Karpenter and Kubernetes autoscaling.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and secrets management.
- Experience in regulated environments, in particular GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Experience scripting in Bash and Python.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools, such as Ansible.
- Experience with work management and team collaboration tools.
