Wymagania MUST HAVE Minimum 4 lata doświadczenia w obszarze UX/UI lub UX/CX. Doświadczenie w projektowaniu aplikacji webowych lub mobilnych. Doświadczenie w projektach cyfrowych realizowanych w Agile. Kompetencje UX User Flow Design. Information Architecture. Wireframing. Prototypowanie. User Centered Design. Projektowanie procesów samoobsługowych. Kompetencje CX Customer Journey Mapping. Analiza doświadczeń klientów. Projektowanie komunikacji wielokanałowej. Projektowanie doświadczeń klienta w procesach cyfrowych. Kompetencje UI Bardzo dobra znajomość Figma. Projektowanie interfejsów użytkownika. Znajomość Design Systemów. Responsive Design. Kompetencje miękkie Umiejętność prowadzenia warsztatów. Umiejętność współpracy z biznesem i IT. Umiejętność prezentacji rozwiązań i rekomendacji. Samodzielność i proaktywność. Mile widziane (NICE TO HAVE) Doświadczenie w branży ubezpieczeniowej, bankowej lub finansowej. Znajomość procesów obsługi klienta i Contact Center. Doświadczenie w projektowaniu chatbotów i voicebotów. Znajomość AI wspierającej komunikację z klientem. Doświadczenie w badaniach UX. Znajomość WCAG. Umiejętność analizy danych jakościowych i ilościowych. Znajomość Jira i Confluence. nr.ref.306
