Participate in the design and implementation of standards to improve occupational safety and health across local warehouse operations.
Support safety acceptance for new machines and automation equipment, verify CE certifications and machine guarding, and ensure that identified defects are addressed and closed.
Update job risk assessments and organize mandatory safety onboarding and refresher trainings.
Fulfill applicable statutory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) duties, investigate accidents and near-misses, and conduct quarterly or annual causal analyses to drive improvements.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above, meeting statutory qualification requirements for BHP practitioners under Polish law (e.g., higher education or postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety / BHP).
Minimum 2 years of health and safety experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of the current Polish Labor Code, statutory BHP regulations, fire protection, and environmental standards.
Strong on-site communication skills, approachable attitude, and a strong cross-team collaboration mindset.
Fluent in Polish; good working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
