Your responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of standards to improve occupational safety and health across local warehouse operations.
• Support safety acceptance for new machines and automation equipment, verify CE certifications and machine guarding, and ensure that identified defects are addressed and closed.
• Update job risk assessments and organize mandatory safety onboarding and refresher trainings.
• Fulfill applicable statutory Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) duties, investigate accidents and near-misses, and conduct quarterly or annual causal analyses to drive improvements.

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, meeting statutory qualification requirements for BHP practitioners under Polish law (e.g., higher education or postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety / BHP).
• Minimum 2 years of health and safety experience, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of the current Polish Labor Code, statutory BHP regulations, fire protection, and environmental standards.
• Strong on-site communication skills, approachable attitude, and a strong cross-team collaboration mindset.
• Fluent in Polish; good working proficiency in English (B2 or above).
