Your responsibilities, Developing components of the EIS v12 platform, Integrating the platform with external systems, such as banking, accounting, and payment gateway solutions, Participating in code reviews, demos, and technical discussions, Supporting DevOps activities and CI/CD processes, Working in an Agile environment across large, multi-team projects, Collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the compliance and quality of delivered solutions

Solid experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, Hands-on experience with EIS v12 or similar insurance platforms, Knowledge of microservices architecture, Ability to work in complex, shared environments, Good communication skills and a good command of English, Experience in the insurance or financial sector would be an advantage, University degree in IT, finance, or a related field

Optional, Experience in large-scale enterprise projects, Willingness to develop towards a Tech Lead role
