End-User Support Engineer w Kraków, Polska

Our team at EPAM Krakow is on an upward trajectory, and we're hoping to welcome an End-User Support Engineer to the fold. The right candidate for this position combines inventive problem-solving with strong people-oriented and communication strengths.

Keep in mind that this job requires showing up in person at the Krakow office across all five working days weekly.

Extend both on-site and remote assistance to end users located at the facility Oversee the installation and setup process for computer hardware, systems, printers, and scanning equipment Maintain ongoing communication with service providers and network engineering teams to work through technical challenges Ensure meeting room equipment stays properly maintained and ready for use Confirm that ticket handling stays within agreed SLA windows and response benchmarks Direct software rollout efforts and resolve any technical snags that surface during the process Manage incident tickets across their entire lifespan, starting from initial logging through final resolution Carry out upkeep tasks in the server room to keep all systems operating reliably Take charge of arranging and maintaining cable organization for IT hardware Operate according to documented IT Work Instructions when performing routine tasks Regularly update and verify the accuracy of hardware inventory documentation A minimum of two years' worth of related experience in an equivalent role Understanding of Network Fundamentals and Troubleshooting methods to address connectivity-related challenges Demonstrated skill in Windows Endpoint Administration, including workstation setup and ongoing maintenance Working comprehension of IT Service Operations Fundamentals that supports effective service delivery Direct experience applying Microsoft Intune Support Essentials toward endpoint and device oversight Well-developed interpersonal skills combined with strong problem-solving instincts Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and adapting swiftly to new difficulties Ability to remain composed and productive while under demanding conditions Intermediate-level command of the English language Openness to receiving and following guidance from the direct supervisor Hands-on background working with MacOS and Linux platforms Understanding of Remote Access Tools to help provide distant technical support
