Engineering and Automation Specialist

Your responsibilities
Oversee on-site execution of warehouse renovation projects, including civil construction, high/low voltage electrical systems (HV/LV), skylights, and restrooms, ensuring compliance with local regulations and other applicable requirements.
Coordinate with the landlord's engineering and facility team to align on technical requirements and approvals, ensuring all fit-out and modification works are delivered strictly on schedule.
Assist in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of logistics automation equipment (conveyor lines, sorters, AS/RS systems) to ensure stable system operation.
Participate in the deployment of Autonomous Case-handling Robot/shuttle systems (ACR/shuttle systems), providing technical support and on-site commissioning from installation to go-live.
Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating with automation suppliers and local contractors, monitoring delivery quality and progress, and promptly reporting risks.
Coordinate with authorities to obtain construction permits and ensure on-site operations comply with local electrical safety and applicable occupational health regulations.
Our requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, or related fields).
5+ years of experience in warehouse engineering, facility renovation, or logistics automation projects.
Familiar with Polish building codes, electrical safety standards, and EU Machinery Directive.
Experience in on-site commissioning of automated equipment; able to read electrical schematics and layout plans.
Experience with fast-track projects; able to thrive in high-pressure on-site environments.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Polish language proficiency is a plus.
Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
