• Lead and develop a 25-person Engineering organization, including Product Engineering and Process Engineering Teams
• Define and execute the plant's engineering and technology roadmap
• Drive automation initiatives focused on improving safety, productivity, quality, and cost performance
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects across the organization
• Build a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
• Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization projects from quotation through production launch
• Work closely with customers on Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and technical feasibility assessments
• Identify and implement manufacturing improvements delivering measurable business value and fast return on investment
• Support production operations through strong technical leadership and problem-solving
• Drive labor cost optimization, process standardization, and scrap reduction initiatives
• Develop engineering talent through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning
• Ensure engineering activities meet customer requirements, deadlines, and quality expectations

WYMAGANIA:
• Minimum 10 years of experience within electronics manufacturing, cable assembly, EMS, or other advanced manufacturing environments
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and developing engineering organizations
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification as a minimum; Black Belt will be a strong advantage
• Demonstrated success in process improvement, labor cost optimization, and scrap reduction
• Hands-on experience implementing manufacturing automation solutions
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience working within KPI-driven manufacturing environments
• Ability to influence managers, lead change, and build engagement across different organizational levels
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to support business decisions
• Knowledge of ERP systems and manufacturing performance metrics
• Very good command of English
