Responsibilities: Lead and mentor software engineering teams Drive engineering strategy aligned with business objectives Manage project planning, execution and successful delivery Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders Support technical decision-making and engineering best practices Improve engineering processes and developer experience Monitor project scope, quality, timelines and delivery Conduct performance reviews and support employee development Foster a collaborative, high-performing engineering culture Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams Previous hands-on experience with PHP, Golang or React Experience working in e-commerce environments Understanding of Developer Experience (DX) Knowledge of SLO and SLI concepts Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2/C1) Offer: Private medical care Life insurance Co-financing for the sports card Training & learning opportunities Product discounts
