ERP Release Manager w Polska

• 5+ years of experience in IT service / application management, including release or change management
• Strong understanding of release governance and ITIL practices
• Hands-on experience with ERP deployments (LCS, packages, environments)
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience managing production releases under pressure
• Understanding of compliance and audit requirements (e.g. finance environments, SOX)
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira)
• Basic knowledge of deployment scripting (PowerShell / YAML)
• Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills

Nice to have:

• ITIL certification (Change / Release Management)
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications
• Background in project management or delivery coordination

We are looking for an ERP / D365 Release Manager to take ownership of planning and delivering releases for Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM and related ERP systems .

You will ensure that releases are delivered in a structured, secure, and low-risk manner , coordinating across multiple teams and environments. This role plays a key part in maintaining system stability, compliance, and production integrity .
