Zakres obowiązków:
Kompleksowe prowadzenie procesów przetargowych od analizy wymagań do złożenia oferty.
Koordynacja pracy międzynarodowych zespołów i ekspertów zaangażowanych w przygotowanie ofert.
Analiza dokumentacji przetargowej oraz zapewnienie zgodności ofert z wymaganiami klienta.
Przygotowywanie i kompletowanie dokumentacji administracyjnej, technicznej i finansowej.
Nadzór nad harmonogramem, terminami i jakością składanych ofert.
Współpraca z klientami, partnerami oraz działem prawnym.
Wymagania:
Minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w Bid Management, Project Management, konsultingu lub sektorze publicznym.
Minimum 1 rok doświadczenia przy przygotowywaniu lub koordynacji przetargów publicznych.
Znajomość procesów zamówień publicznych, mile widziane doświadczenie w środowisku UE.
Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego.
Rozwinięte umiejętności organizacyjne, komunikacyjne i analityczne.
Umiejętność zarządzania wieloma projektami jednocześnie.
Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office.
Mile widziane:
Certyfikaty PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM lub SAFe.
Znajomość dodatkowych języków europejskich.
Doświadczenie we współpracy z instytucjami UE, administracją publiczną lub firmami doradczymi.
