Your responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of complex data and platform programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder expectations.
Lead and coordinate global teams of project managers, business analysts, and vendor partners across multiple locations.
Develop and execute comprehensive delivery strategies, maintaining oversight of project schedules, budgets, benefits realization, and risk management.
Collaborate with Product Owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders to plan and forecast upcoming work streams and change requirements.
Manage resource allocation, financial planning, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal delivery efficiency.
Establish governance frameworks, quality assurance processes, and reporting dashboards to monitor program health and progress.
Lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management to keep projects on track.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a high-performance delivery culture and cultivating change management capabilities.
Our requirements
8+ years of extensive programme management experience in large, global change initiatives within financial services.
Proven track record managing platform and data migration projects, including SAS migrations.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse, international teams in a matrix organization.
Deep understanding of governance, scope management, RAID/dependencies, and benefits realization.
Experience working with regulated financial institutions on complex change projects.
Agile delivery expertise, preferably with certifications such as SAFe.
Excellent communication skills in English at a fluent level — capable of engaging stakeholders from executive to operational levels.
Optional
Certified Agile (e.g., SAFe) practitioner.
Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Background in developing change capabilities within delivery teams.
