Your responsibilities
- Act as a technical project manager, serving as an interface between customers, partner companies, and the sales team.
- Drive demand creation by maximizing Arrow Interconnect, Electromechanical, Passive and Power Supply content in designs.
- Build and develop customer and supplier relationships by creating technical initiatives and programs.
- Develop and drive strategic technical plans by supplier line, technology, or customer solutions.
- Take responsibility for expanding business potential through targeted project work with strategic customers.
- Partner with the sales team, providing technical support and consulting to promote demand creation.
- Attend supplier training sessions in person and via conference calls.
Our requirements
- A professional with 5 years of experience working with electronic products or technologies.
- A completed degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or comparable education/professional experience.
- Experience and understanding of the Polish electronics market.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with a sense of innovation.
- Experience as a technical point of contact.
- Good knowledge of Interconnect, Electromechanical and Passive products.
- Strong customer orientation and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Language requirements: Polish and English.
- Located in Poland.
