Finance & Business Controller

Twój zakres obowiązków

1. Operational Reporting & Business Support:

- Prepare and develop recurring operational and management reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

- Monitor and analyse key operational KPIs, including Order Fill Rate, waste, quality indicators, on-time shipments, productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of reporting data.

- Prepare monthly financial result reporting.

- Analyse operational performance and highlight key trends, deviations and areas requiring management attention.

- Work closely with Production and Logistics teams to support data-driven decision-making.

- Manage relationships and day-to-day cooperation with external financial partners, including banks, insurance brokers and other external service providers.

2. Cost Analysis & Operational Controlling:

- Calculate and analyse production costs.

- Analyse cost structures, trends and variances.

- Connect operational performance with financial results and identify key business drivers.

- Support profitability and margin analysis.

- Recommend improvement and optimisation opportunities in production and logistics.

- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost-control activities.

3. Develop reporting structures that provide greater transparency into costs and profitability.

- Business Intelligence & Reporting Development

- Design, improve and standardise management reports and dashboards.

- Automate reporting processes and reduce manual data processing.

- Integrate and analyse data from different business and financial systems.

- Build analytical models supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

- Continuously improve reporting standards, tools and data quality.

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in financial controlling, business controlling, business analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Preferably experience gained in a manufacturing / production environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business conclusions and recommendations.
• Very good understanding of cost structures, financial analysis and management accounting principles.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, including data analysis, modelling, pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Practical experience with Business Intelligence / reporting tools.
• Experience working with ERP, financial or reporting systems.
• Ability to identify trends, inconsistencies and root causes behind business results.
• Ability to combine operational and financial data to understand what drives business performance.
• Confidence in presenting insights and recommendations to managers and business stakeholders.
• Independence, ownership and accountability for assigned areas.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, tools and reporting solutions.

Mile widziane

• Experience with Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau or similar solutions is welcome.
• Knowledge of Lucanet, Exact or Qlik Sense would be an advantage, but is not required.
