Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Migration projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration programs .
• Strong understanding of finance processes, particularly:
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Invoice-to-Cash (I2C)
  • Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)
• Experience with data quality management and data governance principles.
• Ability to define and coordinate business requirements related to master data and migration.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and issues within complex transformation programs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken. (B2/C1)

Nice to Have:

• Experienced in using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
• Experience in large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Consulting background or experience working in international projects.

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Master Data & Migration Specialist to join a Finance Transformation Program focused on the migration to SAP S/4HANA . The successful candidate will play a key role in managing finance master data, ensuring data quality, and coordinating data migration activities across critical finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Invoice-to-Cash (I2C), and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) .

This role requires close collaboration with finance teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure successful data migration and business readiness throughout the transformation journey.
