As the organisation continues its dynamic growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to play a key role in supporting business performance, driving financial excellence, and partnering with stakeholders across an international environment.
Job Purpose
The role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of all services within the SSC scope, ensuring excellent customer service in alignment with the SSC’s vision, goals, and performance standards. It includes managing customer relationships by establishing credibility, fostering trust, and building strong, long‑term partnerships with both SSC stakeholders and external vendors. Additionally, the role acts as a line manager for Team Leads, providing supervision, guidance, and support to ensure high‑quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Scope of Duties / Responsibilities
Ensure end‑to‑end delivery of SSC services, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets.
Lead, coach, and manage SSC Team Leads to drive strong performance.
Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Monitor service performance, share insights, and drive operational improvements
Manage issues, incidents, escalations, and risks to ensure minimal operational impact.
Drive cost efficiency and budget adherence across SSC operations.
Initiate continuous development, standardisation, and automation of SSC accounting processes, including the evaluation and adoption of AI-driven solutions.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, regulatory standards, and support onboarding of new services into the SSC model.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in service management, operations, or finance shared services
Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes
Experience in developing, standardising, and improving finance processes
Interest or experience in automation, AI, and new technologies that can improve finance operations
Proven experience in people leadership and stakeholder management
University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
