Dla naszego klienta poszukujemy doświadczonych Finance Transition Managerów do udziału w II fazie dużego programu transformacji Finance. Projekt obejmuje migrację procesów finansowych do modelu Global Business Services (GBS) / Shared Services.
Lokalizacja: Gotowość do częstych podróży po Niemczech i na Bliskim Wschodzie .
Baza: Wielka Brytania, Polska lub Niemcy.
Jest to hands-on rola konsultingowa , obejmująca cały cykl transformacji – od assessmentu i projektowania modelu docelowego, przez knowledge transfer i parallel run, aż po stabilizację procesów.
Zakres odpowiedzialności
Prowadzenie end-to-end transformacji procesów Finance, takich jak P2P, O2C, R2R i FP&A .
Zarządzanie planowaniem migracji, knowledge transfer, parallel run oraz stabilizacją.
Prowadzenie RAID logu, identyfikowanie ryzyk i eskalowanie problemów.
Współpraca z zespołami lokalnymi, retained Finance oraz GBS.
Wsparcie w projektowaniu standaryzowanych modeli operacyjnych Finance.
Identyfikowanie luk procesowych, nieefektywności i możliwości standaryzacji.
Współpraca z process ownerami przy definiowaniu procesów docelowych, kontroli i SOP-ów.
Prowadzenie warsztatów, statusów projektowych i spotkań z senior stakeholderami.
Monitorowanie milestone’ów, zależności, ryzyk i postępu migracji.
Zapewnienie realizacji transformacji w sposób kontrolowany, audytowalny i zgodny z wymaganiami.
Wymagania
Doświadczenie w Finance Transition, Finance Transformation lub GBS/Shared Services migrations w środowisku consultingowym lub advisory.
Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu transformacji i migracji – nie jest to rola operacyjna/BAU .
Bardzo dobra znajomość procesów P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A lub podobnych.
Biegły język niemiecki i angielski – w mowie i piśmie.
Gotowość do pracy on-site w Niemczech , również przez dłuższe okresy.
Doświadczenie w projektach multi-country / multi-stakeholder .
Silne kompetencje w zakresie project management, governance i RAID management.
Bardzo dobre umiejętności zarządzania relacjami z senior stakeholderami.
Doświadczenie we współpracy z niemieckimi works councils / employee representative bodies będzie dodatkowym atutem.
