Your responsibilities
Oversee and verify the accuracy of monthly expense reports by cost centers, ensuring adherence to financial policies and standards.
Analyze and report on financial performance across various divisions/functions, including Sales, Investment, HR, and Finance.
Prepare and present reports comparing actual performance to budgets, identifying key trends and variances.
Reconcile management accounting data with HR and consolidated financial results, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process by collaborating with divisional and functional teams.
Act as a point of contact for divisional heads and business managers, providing insights and support on financial matters.
Participate in updating the global cost center structure in partnership with HR and finance teams.
Continuously improve reporting processes and tools, including maintaining and optimizing systems such as Tableau and Tagetik.
Assist in preparing data for industry benchmarking studies.
Handle ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Our requirements
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, management control, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, or management accounting.
Prior experience in the asset management or financial services sector is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools such as Tableau and Tagetik is preferred.
Familiarity with accounting principles and financial planning processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
