Responsibilities:

• Review and process vendor invoices for the Stats Perform entities worldwide

• Audit employee expense claims to ensure compliance with the T&E policy

• Monitor invoices on hold, prepayments and open debit balances. Contact vendors and business owners to acquire invoice copies and Purchase Orders

• Manage shared mailbox and resolve queries raised by vendors and internal stakeholders

• Prepare month-end balance sheet reconciliations for assigned business units

• Respond to audit queries

• Collaborate with other AP Team Members to prioritize day-to-day tasks

• Update Standard Operating Procedures and identify potential process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

• Very good command of spoken and written English and Polish

• Familiarity with Oracle or other ERP systems would be an asset

• Understanding of accounting principles and AP workflows

Desired Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

• Effective time management and task prioritization skills

Please note:

Employment Type: Temporary position to cover maternity leave.

Work Model: Hybrid working model, with a combination of working from the office and remotely.
