As our new Flexera / Snow Software - Technical Consultant you will support customers throughout the full lifecycle of Software Lifecycle Management solutions, from design and implementation to optimization and ongoing support. You will work with Snow Software and related technologies to deliver integrations, automation, migrations, and enhancements across customer environments. Working closely with customers, consultants, and engagement managers, you will contribute to the successful delivery and operation of SLM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure Snow Software solutions across customer environments
Design and support integrations between SAM, ITAM, and ITSM platforms
Participate in upgrades, migrations, and solution optimization initiatives
Analyze licensing and software usage data to provide customer recommendations
Troubleshoot technical issues and support ongoing platform enhancements
Monitor system performance, data quality, and operational effectiveness
Work closely with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives
